Simillar, I think, to Sighting No. 4628978 which has been identified as 'Macrobathra (genus)'.
The two sightings identified as T. clepsimorpha on iNaturalist are somewhat dissimilar to my eye, see here:-
https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/972914-Tetraconta-clepsimorpha
The white band at the base on Bold (Hobern), see below, seems much reduced to my eye compared with both this specimen and T. clepsimorpha on iNaturalist. Also the Bold(Hobern) specimen shows an extra white spot at the forewing tip.

What is the problem with it being Tetraconta clepsimorpha ?? rather than a Macrobathra ? Yes there a LOTS of them but there are many other Cosmops too. The pattern is similar to M. melanomitra (w S.A.) I can't find M. baliomitra on BOLD or CSIRO Moths on Line - I don't think above fits well with the live images on ALA (where the white markings are joined along the inner margin). Maybe M. euryleuca but on BOLD (Hobern) the 2nd white band below head is consistently broader than above. M. pompholyctis ?? (W.A.)

Macrobathra baliomitra seems to have the same superficial B/W pattern as Tetraconta clepsimorpha.

lots of features match. Above moth is damaged from about 1/2 way down the wing and is chomped at the termen end
