Hard to tell from photo but looks more like a Long eared bat than a horseshoe bat. Can't quite see the nose ridge that helps ID to species. If you have clearer pictures of the face could try ID to species.

Yes, and the grey on the face is ash, not the actual colour of the fur.

30 is in between vulturnus or regulus, could be either. Given it looks dessicated it's probably shrunk a little I'd say more likely regulus.

@MPennay they did a measurement of FAL and got 30 mm. Does that put us down the Southern Forest Bat path?
