A first for Canberra Nature Map and records appear to be uncommon in Canberra area which may be near its northern limit - is that right @michael.batley
That's exciting! I added a few more photos - I didn't put them up originally as they're not that sharp but maybe they'll be helpful. I'll also note that I've had the plant for years and originally potted it myself, so this isn't a translocation.
This does appear to be a cool climate species with records clustered in Victoria and Tasmania. Its distribution may be patchy as it is believed to nest in rotting wood. While there are no museum records further north than Canberra, I have seen in on Mt Canobolas.
