On balcony on 3rd level of high rise building.

Whilst it's not really possible to positively identify this sighting due to poor image quality, it looks most like the introduced Asian House Gecko (Hemidactylus frenatus). You may be able to help confirm this ID, by noting its distinctive loud, multiple-chirp call ‘chik, chik, chik…’. @nancyp - do you recall hearing this sound?

I wondered whether it was not native. It was a brief sighting on a balcony in Milsons Point, Sydney. Did not hear sounds. Have also seen a skink in one of the plant pots.
