Doesn't look like an emu to me, Emus have thin wispy feathers, that looks quite different to those of most other birds. This looks more like a the rear end of a bird in flight, I believe I can see the curve of the left wing, and the barred underside of a tail. Not sure if I can make out blue on the wing, hard to tell with the shadow, but maybe a kookaburra?
