Pretty sure this is the back end of a Coastal Emu - anyone want to confirm? The height off the ground suggests it's not just a bush turkey fluffing its wings.

Doesn't look like an emu to me, Emus have thin wispy feathers, that looks quite different to those of most other birds. This looks more like a the rear end of a bird in flight, I believe I can see the curve of the left wing, and the barred underside of a tail. Not sure if I can make out blue on the wing, hard to tell with the shadow, but maybe a kookaburra?
